We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.
And no result , no email … since 2 weeks .

Where is the export file from please?
How large is the XML file?Sometimes the importer gets stuck.

The xml file comes from my own blog ( htttd.wordpress.com ) around 11 MB (exactly 11119 KB ) . I mistakingly deleted all pages and posts .

Yeah, the import should’ve completed if it was that long ago. Let me see if I can import the XML successfully on my end and I’ll keep you updated.
