If another owner has taken that username, it is theirs indefinitely as long as they want it.
We do not reuse or reassign blog names on WordPress.com. Please refer to this support page for more information:

If you like, you can attempt to contact the owner of that blog and ask them if they would like to transfer it to you. You can do this by either leaving them a message using a contact form, if one exists on their site, or by leaving a comment on an existing page or post requesting they contact you.
If you are able to reach the blog owner and they are willing to transfer the blog to you, here are the instructions they can use to do that:

tonthatvinh.wordpress.com doesn’t exist The address tonthatvinh.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved!
That's why I asked you how long it is reserved . Because there is no blog of that name in the net .
That's why I sincerely think it was me who asked for that blog name and did not finish the full procedure , like send back the email of confirmation .

Blogs are reserved ONLY for users with the matching username accounts to register and they remain reserved for as long as it takes for them to register the blog.

Do you own the account with the username tonthatvinh? If so, you will just need to log into the account.
If you still have access to the email connected to the account, you can enter that email address in the password recovery tool. Please check your spam folder for the recovery email if you don’t receive it in your inbox immediately:

It was in 2013 when I first hear about WordPressCom . I did not know the full procedure to get a blog . That's why absolutely nothing has been posted since then . Now I don't remember the email coupled with the username tonthatvinh .

What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

Thank you for your attention but I think that's no hope now . I stlll have 2 gmail accounts but I can not recover the passwords . So I am unable to check my mails on these 2 accounts .
Another question please .
On my pages I see too many Revisions in the lower part of each page . Is there any means to limit these Revisions ?
