I recently downgrade premium to free.

I thought it was refund so I clicked deleting premium, but I found out that after 14 days I cannot get refund?
And there is no return button or any other option. It doesn’t make sense, I already purchased annual plan, and there was no any alert or inform that alerts me it’s gonna disappear.
I already have used 16 days, at least I should have informed that I cannot get refund. Everything is just so confusing to me right now,. Please help meSite: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
