    cancel automatic renewal
    it just renewed and said I couldn’t get a refund. Why not? My business is closed I didn’t realize that wordpress was on auto renewal, I haven’t even used my wordpress account and I want my 99$ refunded in full, it just renewed today. Please fix this and refund my 99$

    It looks like the charge was actually voided and the funds were not withdrawn from your account. Please let me know if you notice otherwise. Would you like me to remove the Premium bundle from your account so you’re not charged again moving forward?
