When did you receive this renewal notice? The only upgrade on your account is a custom domain, yellowdragonblog.com, and that renewed 47 days ago.

That would point to a problem in your browser. Please try clearing the browser cache and cookies, and also make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
I saw your website, https://yellowdragonblog.com/ on WhoIs (https://www.whois.com/whois/yellowdragonblog.com) and didn’t find any pending renewals
There is no possible way you can tell by looking at Whois whether an upgrade on WordPress.com is due for renewal. That can only tell you the current status of a domain registration, not of upgrades on a WordPress.com account. Please don’t guess when it comes to information only staff have access to.

on Feb 13th I received an ICAHN address date warning email from WordPress
It demands a new address but that URL leads to yet another blank WordPress page
it threatens to not renew my domain name by March 1st -

No one in this thread ever mentioned the site rappolee.wordpress.com. In my previous reply I said the only upgrade on your account is a custom domain, yellowdragonblog.com, and that renewed 47 days ago on 30 January, so there is no reason we’d be sending you a renewal notice.
We also haven’t sent any recent emails regarding verifying contact information on that domain – that only happens when you first register your domain, and then if you later make changes to the contact information.
Can you please give me the exact subject line of the email, and also the FROM address from which it was sent?

That is not a renewal notice. Nowhere in that email does the word “Renew” even appear.
As that email explains, it is to verify that the contact information you provided when registering your domain is still correct, and to remind you to update it if it had changed. All registrars have to send out that email once a year to all domain owners.
If the information for your domain is still correct, you can just ignore that email.
Also note that this is a public forum, so the personal information you copied from that email is visible to anyone with access to the internet now. I have edited your reply to remove that information.
