My new blog domain is appearing as spam and it has lasted for 3 days now. I have important people seeking to read my posts and I can’t figure out how to make my blog appear regularly again. Please help!

Although blogforyou.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.

You say you bought a redirect. Your WP.com address is indeed redirecting to the new address, but you haven’t installed a blog there.
If you just meant to use a custom domain, cancel the redirect and follow the instructions TT gave you. If you want a WordPress.ORG site and just direct your WP.com readers there, you need buy hosting in addition to the domain name, and install WordPress.org software at the new webspace.

I’m almost done changing the nameservers. I’m in the section where I have to input my new nameservers. It requires two. Do I put the new URL blogforyou.com in the first entry, and my old URL femaleserendipity.com for my second?

Use the name server instructions here
Don’t fill in femaleserendipity.com anywhere – you should be changing the name servers where femaleserendipity.com is registered

But I strictly wanted to change my blog URL to blogforyou.com
In the changing name servers section it’s requiring I at least have two name servers and I only have one. -
