i refund but i dont take money!!

    At 27 February i buy domain and paket but at 28 February i cancel and refund it. and still now i dont take money . so give me my money its 299 Turkish liras

    Hi there!

    I’m showing the refund was processed on our end on the 28th. Please note it may take 7-10 business days for the credit to show up in your bank account.

    You may want to reach out to your bank for the status of that refund to be posted to your account. If 10 business days go by and you still don’t see that refund posted, please get back in touch and we can provide information that you can take to your bank so they can track down the funds.
