I refunded a domain but error out at the last step.

  I refunded a domain name because I misspelled it. I went through the steps to refund it. At the ask for confirmation window, I clicked confirmed. I got a red pop up says: ‘You don’t have permission to perform this action’. However, after i refresh the page, the custom domain name i bought yesterday is gone but I didn’t get an email saying I’ve got a refund. What should I do? Thanks!

  Hi there,

  It looks like the refund wasn’t processed completely. You were only refunded part of the amount yesterday. I’ve now refunded the rest. You can view the receipts for the refunds on your billing history page:

  Thanks kokkieh. So I don’t get the bit for domain mapping back but only the domain registration?

  That’s correct. But the full amount has been refunded now.
