  I deleted my blog, and I regret it. Can I get the domain back?

  so if I have another domain host, and want to connect it to my blog, it’s not possible anymore?

  You can’t connect a domain to a deleted site, so just start a new one. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/#adding-new-blog-to-an-existing-account

  If you already have your own custom domain and the paid domain mapping upgrade, the underlying WordPress.com URL doesn’t matter. Only you will see it as the dashboard and your uploaded files will reflect that URL.
