    What is the domain URL in question? Note that if you want to keep a domain name you don’t “release”it. Rather you transfer it to wherever you wish to move your site to. Once you “release” a domain you no longer own it and it becomes available for someone else to purchase. Then they wouldn’t have stolen it. They would be the new owner.

    I see that you have recently transferred your vatikanbeauty.com domain to WordPress.com. Please keep in mind, transferred domains are subject to a 60-day transfer lock — this lock will expire on 2022-04-19, after which you can transfer it again.

    You can continue to use your domain with any host by updating its DNS records. To manage your domain, go to Upgrades → Domains. At the moment, your domain loads your vatikanbeauty.wordpress.com site.
