I remove the generic tag Line but it doesn't work

I have been searching in long and large of how to remove this generic tagline:
“4 out of 5 dentists recommend this WordPress.com site. Menu. Skip to content. Home · About. Nothing Found. It seems we can’t find what you’re …”
I have been under general and wrote another tag line…But it doesn’work. Could you help me?I bought the premium option .

As you purchased a premium theme you purchased theme support direct from the theme’s designer in that support forum.
