I removed the plan, why are you still saving my money

    On October 29, 2022, I removed the Business plan
    I don’t use the tool or the website, but the money I paid for 1 year, I’ve used it for less than 30 days and have already canceled.
    Specifically, I would like to know what caused me to suffer this injustice.

    “WordPress.com annual or two-year plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase or renewal” so not 30 days as you claim.

    staartmees – The refund policy was changed. It used to be 30 days.

    iphanuphaniphone11 – Thanks for getting in touch. Looking at your account I can see that we processed a refund of 6,651.00฿ on October 11th.

    The funds have been released to your banking provider as of Oct 11th. If you haven’t seen the money in your account yet my suggestion is to reach out to the bank and inquire about when they’ll release it in to your account. Some banks won’t release it for several billing cycles, but they’re the only ones who can tell you more about their process.
