I renew my hosting service, but what happen?

  I renew my hosting service with wordpress.com the past march 23 (i renew until abril 25 2012), but the date expire not change (is the same). What happen with my renovation of service hosting?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  “Your blog is mapped to your domain (cosmosnet.biz) and this domain mapping needs to be renewed before 25 April, 2011. Renewal will extend the domain mapping by one year, until 25 April, 2012 for only $12.00. (Remember to renew the domain itself with your registrar, too.)”
