I renewed my premium package but it's saying I don't have enough file space to u

    Why can’t I get anyone to respond to my request? Why isn’t there a phone number for paying customers???? I’m so frustrated right now… At this point, I want a refund and to take my blog to another host. Either fix this problem or refund my money. When one renews a package, one assumes they are getting the same thing they had last year. Last year I received more storage space. Obviously, this year I did not because it is saying I’ve already run out (impossible). What is going on?
