I renewed the yearly hosting subscription instead of monthly, no suport!

    I’ve been trying to get ahold of support yet my subscription only includes email support, but the form to email support is disabled, it will not let me send my email. I am just asking to get this reversed so I can go and renew the monthly subscription. Why is there no support at all? I’ve exhausted every support guide there is on this site. It just says “continue” at the bottom of the form and leads nowhere. it doesn’t even submit the support request. What is with this? I made a simple mistake, it would be nice to request a refund directly from the page without cancelling my now two years domain registration…

    As for the email option not working, can you try using a different browser to see if you’re still unable to submit a ticket? The button not working sounds like a temporary browser issue, so it might help if you used a different browser to check if it works there.
