    Hi, I request a refund and cancellation for the theme named Purpose I bought 2 days ago
    I’m very disastified with the product, you can deleted everything related to it.

    Are you logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered each site and purchased the premium theme for the site?

    What’s key are (1) the URL of the site the theme was purchased for, and (2) exactly which username account purchased that theme for that site.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

    username : ecosferainc
    the theme named is : Purpose
    I still can’t get the refund, I’m getting this message while doing it : ”User or Token does not have access to specified site”

    Not a problem! I have canceled your subscription for the Purpose theme and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
