I see you bought a Premium Plan on 10 November, and the refund was issued on the same day. You can see a receipt for the refund in your billing history, here:

If you haven’t received the refund yet, please contact your bank as the delay would be between them and our payment processor. You can use the transaction ID in the receipt as a reference when contacting them.
