I require a Refund from Site Re-direct Auto Renewal

I received an email today advising that my site redirect had been auto renewed. I did not request or want an auto renewal. I have been trying to request a refund via My Upgrade but could not find the option. I have also been trying to contact support for a couple of hours but kept being passed from one page to the next. The renewal is still within the 2 day window for processing a refund.

I have cancelled your site redirect upgrade and refunded you the $13. In most cases the refund should appear in your account within a few days.
