  • Hi there! Can you confirm where you reset the dashboard?

Your domain is still pointing to us and it is still set as the primary address. If you log in to WordPress.com, you will be able to check your site and edit it.

It sounds like the plugin might not be configured correctly to work with your site here. We don’t provide official support for third-party plugins, but we will always do our best to help as much as we can.

In this case, I would recommend reaching out to the plugin developer for help troubleshooting any issues with your plugin configuration.

  • Hi there,

In my knowledge it’s not plugin problem. It’s my wordpress dashboard problem. It’s create from wordpress dashboard reset. When i click the plugin this take me https://tinanewsomerealtor.com.1716786399.atomic.local/wp-admin/this url.And this url show in my dashboard after reset.

I understand your concern regarding the issue with the IMPress for the IDX Broker plugin on your WordPress.com site. It seems that after resetting your dashboard, the plugin is redirecting to an incorrect URL (https://tinanewsomerealtor.com.1716786399.atomic.local/wp-admin/) instead of your actual dashboard URL (https://tinanewsomerealtor.com/wp-admin/).

While we don’t provide official support for third-party plugins, I’ll do my best to help you troubleshoot this issue. Here are a few things you can try:

    1. Deactivate and then reactivate the IMPress for the IDX Broker plugin:
      • Go to your WordPress.com dashboard.
      • Navigate to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
      • Locate the IMPress for the IDX Broker plugin and click “Deactivate.”
      • Once deactivated, click “Activate” to reactivate the plugin.
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies:
      • This step ensures that your browser is not storing outdated information that might be causing the incorrect URL redirection.
    3. Try accessing the plugin settings using a different browser or in incognito/private browsing mode:
      • This will help determine if the issue is specific to your browser or browser settings.

If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, I recommend contacting the plugin developer for further assistance. They may have encountered similar problems before and can provide more specific guidance on resolving them.

In the meantime, if you have any other questions or need help with any other aspect of your WordPress.com site, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to support you to the best of our abilities.
