I saw my Premium blog on another's computer and there were ads

I renewed my Premium website in January 2014 and I was under the impression that included an ad-free environment. I was showing a friend my blog on their computer and there was a very large ad. I do not want ads. Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Hi there!
I just took a look around your site and I don’t see any ads. Can you send me a screenshot of the ad you saw? You can just upload it to your media library and I’ll be able to access it there!
Its also possible that your friend’s computer has a virus, which can cause ads to be embedded in the pages they view. If you don’t see the ads when you go back to take a screenshot, I would suggest having your friend run an antivirus program on their computer.

That’s really interesting. This was a student I was working with and I won’t see him again today, so we’ll let it go for now. If you’re not seeing an ad, then I don’t have to worry on my end and I’ll alert him later. Thank you for checking into the issue. It was a really big ad…lol! It kind of marred the effect of photos. :-) I appreciate the quick return. Debra

Of course! It definitely sounds like there may be something happening on his end. The ads we do use are small and unobtrusive. We don’t want to detract from your content in any way.
