Looks like you are using WordPress software from https://wordpress.org on a web host other than WordPress.com. I would use a third party tool to rescan my website or install a good security plugin to mitigate any threat to my website.
Having said that, support for WordPress.org software sites is offered in the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ and these forums are able to help only if your site is hosted by WordPress.com.

That is confusing..
I had other people build my websites & now they have hurt me.. I really dont know what to do & im trying to figure it out..
Can you tell me how to temporarily take this site offline? the company I sell the products for
are furious at me & want this down until I fix it..I still dont understand How I can use wordpress for hosting & their help.

I understand this is confusing. WordPress comes in two variants. One is WordPress.org software that you can use on any web host other than WordPress.com. The second one is WordPress.com web hosting. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ page is useful to understand the difference.
Since you are using WordPress.org software, please contact your web host if you want to take down the website. If you just want to hide the site from the public, you can download and use an under construction plugin as well from https://wordpress.org/plugins page.
However, for more specific help, please post your questions in WordPress.org support forums here – https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

I cannot find a help or anything back here.. This is all too confusing to me.. I just need to park the site somewhere.

There is no help for that site found here at WordPress.COM because the site is not hosted on our servers. It is a WordPress.ORG software install hosted by Godaddy.com
You need to post to https://wordpress.ORG/support/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
