I see nothing

    I cannot see anything in my account, cannot get “help” to load, nothing. There is nothing… What is going on? It has been like this all week.

    Your WordPress.com dashboard loads fine on my end, therefore I assume there’s an issue with your browser. Can you please try the following?

    * Clear your browser’s cache and cookies:

    Solve Common Browser Issues

    * Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:

    http://enable-javascript.com/

    * Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser

    * Log-out and log back into your WordPress.com account.

    * Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:

    http://www.whatbrowser.org/

    * Try another browser:

    https://browsehappy.com/

    I have done all that, I have tried to access it from 3 different computers using Chrome, Safari and Edge… How can I just delete my account, because I cannot even access that portion of my account?

    What site do you want to delete? Is it kristyslicker.wordpress.com or a different one?

    There’s something on your local set up that is interfering with the account. Could you let me know what operating system you are on (windows or mac and version numbers)

    What version numbers of the browsers listed above did you try?

    Restart your modem.

    Run a speed test and share the results here (use speedtest.net)

    Go somewhere with free wifi and try to sign in to the account.
