I see nothing but a hunter green or white screen when I go to my site

I apologize for being so stupid, but I cannot get anything to show up on my blog when I go to it except an all dark green or white screen. I wrote to “help” and the person said they were looking at my blog and seeing the format I had chosen and installed called “Banana Smoothie”. But, I’m not seeing it. I’v asked more than once if i’m getting my addy right and that question is just ignored. I think it is http://www.deonia.wordpress.com
that’s what i’m typing in my search engine. But what i’m seeing is NOTHING in color. No sections, nothing. just a plain green or white screen.Can anyone help me???? Am I not supposed to see my own template/format? I realize i’m not a whizz at navigating sites, but this is ridiculous! -
I see the banana smoothie theme with the Hello world post. Everything where it should be. And actually your addy does not have the www in it. It’s http://deonia.wordpress.com but most browsers will resolve that automatically.
Try logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies and then view your blog.
Also, try temporarily turning off your virus protection. I’ve seen Norton cause all sorts of issues. Make sure and turn it back on after testing though.

It looks fine to me too, so it’s not an IE problem. Maybe you should log in through wordpress.com and go to the dahsboard first, and then click “view site”? You might be getting your address wrong.
Also, since you’ve started a new blog, typing it into the search engine won’t help. Google takes a while to realise you’re here :)

OH, I just found my quesion and your replies. Ihave contacted the support team and they suggested both clearing my cache and forcing a restart. Neither suggetion worked. But I will try “thesacredpath’s” suggestion of turning off my virus protection and see if that works. Thanks for the suggestions and trying to help me be able to see what i’m doing. I had a friend go to it just a few minutes ago and she said it looked good. So maybe the AVG is the problem. I’ll let ya know. Thanks again, Yours and His, Deonia
