I see that you are processing my import from xanga now but I don't hear from you

  I have got 9 xml files from my xanga. I have successfully imported 3 of them. I am importing the 4th one. I see that you are processing it now, but it has been imported for 75 days.

  I have reported this problem before:

  Your Happiness Engineer has reset my importer. But it is another 70 days now after i clicked the import button again.

  I have reset your importer for you. You can try your import again at any time.

  If you continue to have trouble with this, please reply in this thread. Your imports from Xanga should complete within a few minutes to about an hour. Anything longer than that, and you may need more staff assistance. In other words, there’s no need to wait two months for further help. :)
