I see twice the same picture, I just want it inside the post, not on the top

  That top one is your featured image, and the bottom on is inserted into the page.

  You’ll just need to edit the page and remove the featured image.

  Ah. Under Customize, go to Content Options. You’ll find checkboxes for Featured Images, and you can choose where it should and should not display.
