I seem I cannot remove a user from my people section

    You have specified this user for removal:
    Sorry, you are not allowed to remove this user.
    There are no valid users selected for removal.

    How do I remove the user manually,this user is the user that created the website?
    If you know how I would be greatful if you put a youtube link showing Step 1 to the last Step :)

    How do I remove the user manually,this user is the user that created the website?

    If they’re the site owner, you would not be able to remove them. They can transfer the site to you, though, and then you can remove them:

    Transfer a Site
