I seem to be locked out of my website

  Hello Community,
  I am hoping that you can help me. I was recently doing some work with a web designer and I have the feeling that he may have changed my passwords and I now can not get ahold of him. I can’t log onto my website http://www.pink-parenting.com. When I use the lost password feature and I enter my email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) it tells me to check my e-mail for the confirmation link, but I never receive an e-mail. I have tried this about 10 times, but I never receive any e-mails from WordPress. Please help!

  I’m sorry but that site is not hosted by wordpress.COM, and we provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted sites. You are posting to the wrong support forum and we cannot help you.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  I have an active blog that for some reason I can no longer gain access. I am able to change the password but it stil won’t let me in when I use the updated password. I have tried several attempts probably too many at this point.
  I am constantlycravingadventures.wordpress.com. When I try other avenues it won’t acknowledge my email addresses, which makes no sense at all. I don’t know what to do.
