I have just started using WordPress and I seem to have 2 copies of my site, they have different log in names and different themes set up. They also have different dashboard pages with 1 having a Howdy root at the top right and one just has an avatar.
How can I get rid of one ? and which one do I remove ?
Any help is welcome as I am a complete newbie and am workin on a laptop computer with Linux operating systemThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

https://perthwoodcrafters.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site.
And https://perthshirewoodcrafters.wordpress.com/ is an empty blog.
Will you please post both blog URLs here so we can examine both sites before we answer you?

We do not provide support here at wordpress.COM for local install of wordpress.ORG software. We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs, and that site is not hosted here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
