I seem to have lost a site

    I have 2 sites;

    https://carolinebobbypsychotherapist.com

    I can’t get into the second at all, except as a an outsider… when I come to WordPress it looks as if I only have one site… I’m not very tech literate! Can you advise in very simple English, please 🙏

    Howdy,

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account you are posting from is not the owner or admin of the site you are trying to access. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the site. You’ll need to log into THAT user account in order to make any changes.

    If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:

    thank you… I sort of understand that… sort of… how come that when I go to WordPress the way I always have, my access to psychotherapy site has disappeared? I was there fairly recently. I don’t understand about owners… its always only been me, and I always got to both sites the only way I knew how, and now it only takes me to postcards and says my site instead of my sites… postcards is much older than psychotherapy, and actually much more important to me, so I’m glad it’s this way round… but I still don’t get it. I always logged into both at the same time …

    I don’t know what the heck has happened except I have no longer got a talktalk email, which I changed on my psychttherapy site recently???

    You should see two “Admin” users there.

    Are you able to log into WordPress.com as the other administrator? That’s going to be important.
