When I click that link it takes me to the blank site where all my content is gone as if I need to develop an entire new site . -

I don’t think you quite understand what I am asking when I click the link to launch the site that you are referring to this is not actually our site . I do not know what side that is.
That is actually random content put on there I think as a template that I made active of some sort I have a feeling that that is what this is. Though the problem I’m having currently Is the website dfwpma.com was in existence with all the content on WordPress I was in the middle of updating plug-ins as WordPress tells you these things need to be addressed therefore I was addressing them and in the midst of doing this I also downloaded templety. I am thinking that one of the templates I like I made active and therefore wiped all the content I need to reset the content back to how it was and I have no idea how to do this I have watched numerous numerous numerous videos on YouTube however it goes about my technical aspect I need to know if somebody at WordPress ITY could either call me and walk me through this or I can ask if you guys could please set it back to how it was -
