Can you also share the URL of the page you are on when you get stuck so we can visit directly? You are getting an error message or spinning icon of some kind?

I ordered a website from a friend from your platform and he wrote me these messages: “I gave it away, I’m waiting for verification, I attached a scan of the contract.” The site was made for the company Ecodom LLC. We are not familiar with Ecodom LLC and this does not sound like a message that came from our WordPress.com staff. What email address did they use? Anytime you hear from us it will always come from an official
@wordpress.comaddress. We do not use any other addresses.Also what is the URL of the site? https://ecodomyk.wordpress.com/ (the site that is under your WordPress.com account) is verified and in good standing. You are referring to a site under a different address, yes?

For the company I work for, I needed a website, I agreed with a friend under the username Remm1t that he would create it for a fee. He allegedly created it on his account, but received a message allegedly from you that he was blocked. After that, he used remote access to my account to create a website at ecodomyk.wordpress.com . He said that he sent it for verification and I need to wait for a message from you. After 4 days of waiting, nothing came to my email and I suspected that he was a fraud, so I wrote to you

We do not offer a way to “remote access” accounts on WordPress.com. The only way to do this is if you (as the holder of the account) were to share your username and password. Did you share those things with this individual?
We also do not have a “verification” process that matches what you/they describe, so we have no way of looking into that since it’s not a thing that exists on our system. If they told you that they have a finished site with you directly, then they would need to produce this site for you. There is not really anything we can do on our end to help futher. This may have been a private agreement between the two of you, so if you have lost funds we’re sorry to hear that. Sadly though there is no evidence of fraudulent transactions in our system so we are not able to act further.
To clarify, this person was going to set up a site for your business? We are not able to help you to force them to produce such a site, but we do have a service on our end that will build a 5 page business site , and we hand you the keys to the site in 4 business days or less.
