I set my blog to private but is accessible to anyone

  I’ve got five static pages and one that is for my blog posts. I set this page to private but there must be some problem with it: it’s still accessible to anyone, just like any of my posts (if you know how Worldpress sets the URLs, it’s an easy task). When I check back my Pages Settings, it still says “private”.

  Can you help me out with this thing? It’s really disturbing.

  I don’t think the “Private” setting works for the posts page. It only works for real pages. By definition the posts page is not a static page, it is a multi-post page.
