I set up a blog and my colleague set one up to. how do we fix so there's just 1
-
Hi, is there anyway I can talk to customer service regarding my blog?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The free WordPress.com blogs cannot be merged together. You and your colleague should decide whose blog has ‘precedence.’
One alternative is for both of you to set up a new blog, and you or your colleague set up as admins/users.
Otherwise, go with one or the other existing blogs that both of you have already, and add yourselves as admins/users.

Export from the blog you want to downgrade (don’t delete the blog!!!) http://support.wordpress.com/export/
Import into the blog you want to keep the name – http://support.wordpress.com/import/
Make a Post or Three that you have moved with a link to the new blog and ask people to subscribe to the new blog
Then with the old blog you have some options – easiest and cleanest is to set the old blog to “Private” and purchase a Domain Redirect for a year – that will help teach search engines you have moved –
Not sure if you can have subscribers moved to the primary blog or not – I will flag this for staff attention on your subscribers to see if they can help move them

@coastale, it sounds like the previous advice from thenakedlistener and auxclass is probably all you need here.
However, if you need to transfer followers from one blog to another, please reply with the following:
Blog URL of the blog with the followers to transfer
Blog URL of the blog that should receive the followers
