I set up a blog site against the wrong account

  Hi, I set up a blog page last week called bigcatandpasta.com. I accidentally set it up against another user’s account. This is because several months ago, I helped the other user set up their account and it must have logged me into their account automatically. The issue is, I’ve paid for the blog page and I would like to transfer the page to my own account which I have now set up. I have really struggled finding support on this, and the person who owns the account is being unresponsive to help me sort it. I can prove I paid but I cant access their account anymore having now been logged out!
