I set up a home page but the button navigates to the about page

  For some reason…all my fault…my about page displays when you press the home page button in the top menu of my site.

  Sorry for being a pain…am new to WordPress…I promise to get better.

  Hey Jennine!

  No problem at all! WordPress.com is for new bloggers, too :) We’re happy to help out.

  You’ve done almost everything right. We just need to make an adjustment in your menu so that your Home link points to the right page.

  To do this, click Appearance → Menu in your Dashboard, or simply click below:

  Make sure you’re looking at the structure of the Hero Menu.

  Where you see “Home” in the menu structure, you’ll click the little down arrow, then Remove that item.

  Next you’ll see “HOME” in your Pages on the left-hand side of the page. Check that box, then click, “Add to Menu.” Here’s where you’ll find those:

  You will have to drag and drop that new menu item to the top of your list.

  Then Save Menu.
