I set up Custom DNS but still can not receive email

  Hi Guys, I went through the process of mapping my domain soulbalance.com to my wordpress site today. All working well except for my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) I have followed the instructions and Set up custom DNS but still can’t receive email. I can send email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) but can not receive any. Can you help ? Many thanks. Michelle

  Hi,

  Checking out your DNS settings, everything appears right, assuming the IP address for the A record is correct. With DNS changes, it can take several hours for the update to be applied across the Internet since DNS records are cached to keep things speedy.

  I’d give it a couple more hours to update.

  Thanks for checking those settings – In the DNS Custom report I had listed A Webmail instead of A Mail. As soon as I changed it, all my mail came in. Thanks again for your help :)
