I set up Email hosting with Crazy Domains – still not receiving emails

    Hi Team.
    I am trying to work out why my mail isn’t working through crazy domains.
    I set it up days ago. When I am in crazy domains mailbox – I can send mail TO my gmail no worries. If i hit “reply” it doesn’t make it back.

    This might sound “crazy” – but do I even need to run mailbox with wordpress..
    My domain name was purchased with Crazy Domains – then i pointed it towards WP which is not “hosting” it from what I understand. What to do re mailbox?

    Here is the DNS Setting I have:

    A loveyourmotherearth.org.au handled by WordPress.com
    MX loveyourmotherearth.org.au mail handled by WordPress.com email forwarding
    NS loveyourmotherearth.org.au handled by WordPress.com
    CNAME *.loveyourmotherearth.org.au handled by WordPress.com
    A mail.loveyourmotherearth.org.au points to 103.254.138.194 (Crazy domains IP)
    MX mail.loveyourmotherearth.org.au mail handled by mail.loveyourmotherearth.org.au. with priority 10

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

    It looks like you have an email forward set up. We aren’t able to both forward emails and have separate MX records set up. In order to use your Crazy Domains inbox, you’ll need to remove the email forwarding setting through Store > My Domains.

    You can choose not to use your Crazy Domains mail hosting and just use WordPress.com’s email forwarding. We can only forward emails to an already existing email address, like a Gmail address. If you’d like a separate inbox for your emails, you should go with the email hosting.

    I am trying to delete this section:

    loveyourmotherearth.org.au mail handled by WordPress.com email forwarding

    BUT when i hit save – it just re-appears?

    Or so i need to delete this part?

    mail.loveyourmotherearth.org.au points to 103.254.138.194
    MX mail.loveyourmotherearth.org.au mail handled by mail.loveyourmotherearth.org.au. with priority 10
