  That site is connected to another account of yours. Log out from current and log in again to the account owning that site.

  but I no longer have that email address

  You are still logged in to the wrong account. https://richardmacdonnell.wordpress.com/ isn’t owned by taniamacdonnell2bb084ee1a2 but by taniamacdonnell2014.
