Facebook will ONLY keep trying to post the original misspelled post. Also, there is a picture of a man at the bottom of my post that I have nothing to do with. How can I erase that?

Unfortunately, these are all odd quirks on Facebook’s end. They have a cache which stores post details for future shares, which is why your typo is still appearing. I have been able to clear this up myself a few times by asking a friend to share the post, but this doesn’t always work.
As for the images, those are also chosen by Facebook with a very limited set of criteria. More than likely, they’re pulling in an image from an ad.
