I should not be billed for the domain mapping. I previously cancelled this upcoming bill and deleted my account mapping.

    Previously CANCELLED BILL being charged TOMORROW IN ERROR. A few weeks ago or so I cancelled the upcoming bill with support. They said they took care of this. Why do I see a 13.00 charge tomorrow? ALSO I have asked to have my account here DELETED on Aug 10….

    I can see that the business plan on janicednelson.com has been removed from the account. Is this what you meant to do?

    With the plan and domain cancelled you will not be billed again.

    If there’s any chance you’ll want to use janicednelson.com again in the future please let me know ASAP. We don’t want that domain to get cancelled as it’s possible you’ll lose ownership of it forever. Again, if there’s any chance you’ll want to use it, with us, or another service, we should try and recover it now.

    No. That is not the site I am talking about. That was separate.
    I have jdnphotos.com. I had them remove the upgraded domain mapping weeks ago because it too was going to be cancelled along with my account. They told me they completed both.

    The business plan I used to have was on a different website. That was moved from WordPress.com to a different web host weeks ago.

    This is about the one remaining website I had at WordPress.com which had domain mapping on it. I cancelled that weeks ago too and told WordPress I plan to delete that site from them too. They said they removed the domain mapping. (To make sure I also cancelled it with my host for that site.) Now I see under billing there is a 13.00 charge scheduled for tomorrow in error.

  • @6879109k just as one other possibility, do you have another account with us that could have a renewal on it?

    If you can make sure the renewal email you got went to the same address that’s listed here, that would help:

    If it went to a different address, can you log out then log in again as that user?

    No. No different address. I dont even understand your question really. I only have the one and if you look under billing you’ll see the erroneous charge scheduled for tomorrow that was cancelled a couple weeks ago or so, same time support deleted the other website that was transferred to another host. That was when I also had the person remove this upcoming charge. That was when my address prematurely changed to ____.wordpress.com instead of ____.com which it was. But I let that go because the other site would be gone too….

    I just checked again and WP support still did not delete my account and I still am prevented from doing so myself. Again, WP support needs to delete BLINK from my account as a purchase so that my account at wordpress.com can be deleted.

    I don’t see any upcoming charge on your Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases) as all the active upgrades (plans and domain mapping) have been removed.

    I have also removed the premium theme Blink from your site and you can now delete the site and close your account by following these instructions:
