I signed up for a blog name but now want to use a different name

I want to change the name of my blog. I signed up for a blog titled a bushelandapeck.me and now I realize that I want to launch my blog and also a website with a different name: Modernmonograms. I have not made any posts or had any activity on the old site. Is it possible to change the name of my blog w/ out having to throw away the $70+ in wordpress fees I used to set it up? Thank you so so much for your help! – joanne

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
