I signed up for plan last week. Tried to access it today and couldn’t. Instead I inadvertantly was given another plan. Help!

What is the specific issue you’re having problems with, and what is the URL of the site in question?

@bizaw7679, there are no paid upgrades on the account from which you’re writing, could it be that you opened another WordPress.com account (with a different email address)?
What’s the address of the site for which you’ve purchased the plan? If you’re not sure what email address you used on the account, have a look at the email we sent you after you’ve upgraded.
