I sill cannot get on word press website because it shows Not Secure

    Please walk me through how to make my site secure and work. I have tried changing the settings to try and make it secure, and even tried to access my site via recovery mode and I still get the Not Secure Red exclamation point on the left of the URL. I would appreciate some help, as I have been trying to get support on this for the last few days, but do not know where to go or if I can talk to someone. A phone number of even live chat would work best.
