I still can’t follow other sites and other can not follow my site

  Unable to follow other sites and the following count cannot increase if i follow sites. Other can’t follow my site too.I needp help please my site is yuleboi.wordpress.com

  My site still has a problem , others can not follow me and if i follow some . The following count in stats is still the same ,can’t increase.!
