I still had 4 months left on my current plan when I canceled an upgrade!?!?

    The fact that wordpress email support staff just ignores me is beyond ridiculous by just simply because of downgrading me to the free plan. I opt for an upgrade that gives 30% off initially. And when I canceled the upgrade due to inability to apply a discount code, it downgraded me to the free plan instead of my original starter plan which still had about 4 months left. Did you guys just canceled my 4 month plan? I paid full price for that. What gives?!?

    Hello, and sorry for the delay! We’ve been handling a higher volume of support requests recently, which has caused some unexpected delays.

    I see that you purchased a new Starter plan and noticed that your old plan wasn’t restored after you canceled the Explorer plan prior to that. To fix this, I’ve added the remaining months from your old plan to your new Starter plan, so it will now expire on 2025-11-20 instead of 2025-07-24.
