I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND

    I still after 13 BUSINESS days have not received my refund in my CHECKING account. this is not a credit card, this was done with my debit card. I am extremely frustrated because this is over 100 dollars for a purchase I didn’t authorize.

    Sorry to hear that your refund is taking a while. Was chasingkatelyndotcom.wordpress.com the website that was upgraded? If not, would you mind specifying the address of the website?

    I understand you are frustrated. After looking over the account I can see that we sent $114.00 on 2019-02-02 back the way that it came to us.

    In this case, the best thing to do is ask your bank when they’re going to put that money back in to your account. Every place is a little different with their processing times, and sometimes they’ll hold on to is for a billing cycle or two. They can give you more information about when to expect the refund and how it will appear on the statement.
