I set up my blog a few days ago and i still haven’t had a confirmation email, I have clicked ‘resend email’ several times but still no luck

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.

@timethief when you see any account verification issues, can you just add the modlook tag? I’ve noticed a few lately and want to track any trends that could be causing this. Plus these folks can’t post anything until we verify their accounts.

If you’d advise them to check spam/social/bulk folders for our account verification email, and then just go ahead and flag these for staff, that will help us greatly.
Something like “Please check your spam and social folders in the meantime, and we’ll have staff check from their end as well.” will do for now.
