  I haven’t received my refund in over three weeks after canceling service.

  dontafk.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com, not by wordpress.COM.

  What exactly did you purchase and request a refund for from WordPress.COM?

  I’m aware, but thanks for clarifying in case I was confused/clueless.

  I originally had dontafk.com going to the .com service, but I hated the inability to customize things and decided it’d be roughly the same amount to host on my own with GoDaddy.com

  Everything was purchased on January 23 and the refund was supposedly issued on February 10th. It’s not a ton, but I noticed my register which I use to keep track of all my debit transactions was off by exactly that amount (I recorded the refund, however my bank never received it), so I figured I’d do some digging.

  Hi @dontafk, it looks like part of your refund wasn’t processed. I’ve pushed that through now. You should have had the part that was refunded, though — can you check to see if that’s there? You’ll get the rest of the refund shortly.

  @dontafk can you wait a few business days for routing since I just processed the rest of the refund, then call your card company or bank? We’ve sent it back to the original card on file.

  Yeah, no problem. Call you guys, or call my bank? It’s no problem, really, I just noticed the mis-balance when reconciling my written records with what was online.

  @dontafk — hm, actually, I must have checked the wrong place before. I was able to find something to refund on this one so I’ve pushed that through, too. Cheers :)
