I still haven’t received my refund

    I cancelled my renewal on the 9th June and I still have not received my refund. Please can this be sorted as soon as possible.

    Thanks for getting in touch. I can see that we processed a refund of £99.00 on 2019-06-09. Typically that money only takes about ten days to reach you. At this point, my suggestion is to actually contact your bank directly. They can inform you about their own processing times. There are occasions where they hold on to money for 1-2 billing cycles before they will release it to your personal account. They can also inform you on how it’s going to be listed on the statement.

    Again, confirming that the money was released from us to your bank on June 9th.

    I have called my bank and they have said that no money is being held. I only received part of my refund which was for my domain

    There were two separate refund amounts on two separate days. One was for the premium plan for £84 on that processed on 6/9/19 (receipt). The second refund was processed on 6/13/19 for £15 (receipt). Both of those charges have been refunded and the money was released from us, so we no longer are in possession of it. So, you are only seeing a £15 refund on your bank statement? I would check again and see if the £84 was posted to your statement a few days earlier since the refund was processed earlier.

    Hello,

    I have checked my bank statement multiple times and have been on the phone to my bank asking them to check also. They can only see the £15 and have confirmed that there has been no £84 refund. Please can you sort this ASAP.

  • Elivia, can you confirm whether the first charge was simply voided on their side? That charge was refunded less than fifteen minutes after the purchase. If it’s voided, it will not show up as a refund, but, you’ll notice the charge would be gone as well.

    Can you check with them and confirm what you find?
