I still havent recovered my premium plan

I still haven’t recovered my premium plan. I already submitted a request to recover the other account but until now there’s no response or update. I already did all the processes required to recover the fund. I have the transaction ID etc. Your recovery is not working. Any other workaround on this?

Apparently, I misspelled the email address that i used to purchase the plan. Please help me on this. I dont want to pay again.
